program was developed by the Tippecanoe County Prosecutors Office to help fight

Participants who complete the 2-day evening course will receive

Department of Justice.

Rental Property Owner and Manager Training Program course includes

Preparing the Property, Code
Requirements, Applicant Screening, Ongoing Management, Apartment
Watch/Promoting Community, Warning Signs of Drug Activity, Clandestine
Labs, Crisis Resolution, The Role of the Police, US
Department of Housing and Urban Development,
and
Resources to Use Today.
