MEMBERSHIP
Regular/Apartment Membership. Available to owners and/or management companies, regular membership allows you to gain access to valuable member services. Buyers Guide Book. Providing advertising opportunities for members to
advertise their product or services. Distributed to all members beginning in
2009.
Advertising/Sponsorship Opportunities. Highlighting the products
and services of Associate Members to owners and managers.
Community Service. Members participate in activities coordinated by the
Community Outreach Committee to promote the rental housing industry.
Education. Offering local courses and seminars as well as nationally
certified designation programs.
Information Center. Keeping members informed through the monthly online
newsletter, the annual
Membership Directory/Buyer’s Guide, as well as, through special
mailings on key issues and topics. Interactive Website: Our website has a
vendor of the month section, job postings, company links and other valuable
resources.
Legislative Representation & Advocacy. Serving the industry’s political
interests at national, state and local levels.
Networking. Providing members an opportunity to build professional
relationships through special interest groups, committee work, monthly

Ø Monitors and Alerts Members to Issues and Trends
Ø Monitors and Represents NAA Issues Organizations – NAA is currently engaged in the activities of more than 20 national policymaking and issues organizations, such as the National Conference of State Legislatures and the Council of State Governments
