MEMBERSHIP

Regular/Apartment Membership. Available to owners and/or management companies, regular membership allows you to gain access to valuable member services. When you join the Tippecanoe Apartment Association, you instantly have access to member services designed to enhance the way you do business, advance your career, help you network with other members and protect your interests.

MEMBER SERVICES

Buyers Guide Book. Providing advertising opportunities for members to advertise their product or services. Distributed to all members beginning in 2009.
Advertising/Sponsorship Opportunities. Highlighting the products
and services of Associate Members to owners and managers.

Community Service. Members participate in activities coordinated by the
Community Outreach Committee to promote the rental housing industry.

Education. Offering local courses and seminars as well as nationally
certified designation programs.

Information Center. Keeping members informed through the monthly online newsletter, the annual
Membership Directory/Buyer’s Guide, as well as, through special
mailings on key issues and topics. Interactive Website: Our website has a vendor of the month section, job postings, company links and other valuable resources.

Legislative Representation & Advocacy. Serving the industry’s political interests at national, state and local levels.

Networking. Providing members an opportunity to build professional

NATIONAL APARTMENT ASSOCIATION

Ø    Monitors and Alerts Members to Issues and Trends 

Ø     Monitors and Represents NAA Issues Organizations – NAA is currently engaged in the activities of more than 20 national policymaking and issues organizations, such as the National Conference of State Legislatures and the Council of State Governments 

Ø     Provides the apartment industry with access to most state decision-makers and is involved at the highest levels of policymaking    

Ø    Builds Coalitions – member of the Real Estate Advocacy Group for States (REAGS); the National Real Estate Organization (NREO) and the Real Access Alliance (RAA) 

Ø     Monitors National and Regional Policy Organizations 

Ø    Affiliated with the National Multi Housing Council in their Joint Legislative Program, serving as a unified voice for the apartment industry 

Ø     Publishes UNITS Magazine and “View from National” – has Library of Images and other Print Materials available 

Ø     NAA Education Institute includes the Program Administration Committee, Curriculum Development Committee and Apartment Careers Committee…all working toward nurturing and retaining quality industry professionals
